If your site uses a CDN (like Cloudflare) or a load balancer, the IP you see here is that service's edge/proxy IP, not your actual origin server - this is normal and, for CDN-protected sites, is exactly the point (it hides your real server IP from the public).
Reverse DNS resolves an IP address back to whatever hostname is configured for it in the PTR record - for shared/cloud hosting, this is very often the hosting provider's own internal naming pattern (like ec2-x-x-x-x.compute.amazonaws.com), not your domain name, and that's completely normal.
