Text to PDF

Turn plain text into a clean PDF with your choice of font, size and page size. Long text flows onto as many pages as needed.

Type or paste your text, choose the font and page size and download the PDF.

The built-in PDF fonts cover English and Western European letters; for Hindi or other scripts, use your browser's Print to PDF.

Turn Plain Text into a Clean PDF

Notes, logs, lists and letters typed in a text editor are easier to share and print as a PDF. Paste the text here, pick a font and page size, and the tool lays it out with margins, wraps long lines and adds pages as needed.

How to Use It

  1. Type or paste your text.
  2. Choose Helvetica (clean), Times (traditional) or Courier (monospaced, good for code and tables made with spaces).
  3. Set the font size and A4 or US Letter paper, and add an optional document title.
  4. Click Create PDF.

Tips

  • Use Courier for anything that relies on spaces lining up.
  • 11-12 pt is comfortable to read on paper; 10 pt fits more on each page.
  • The title becomes the file name and the title shown in PDF readers.
  • Add page numbers afterwards with Add Page Numbers to PDF.

Limitations

This makes plain-text PDFs: no bold, images or tables. The built-in PDF fonts cover English and Western European letters only; for Hindi, Tamil, emoji or other scripts, open the text in a browser or word processor and use Print → Save as PDF. For handwritten-looking pages, try Text to Handwriting.

Use Courier. It is monospaced, so indentation and anything lined up with spaces stays aligned.
